Negotiation and Collaborative Development 

Student teams will work together to develop functional, balanced approaches to transactions and collaboartions through simulations. Skills and scenarios include:

Reserach & Negotiation - students will be provided with the tools to identify the "four corners" of a deal, strategies for uncovering and cultivating deal drivers and working as teams to develop compelling terms.

Simulation: Technology Transfer - working with simulated facts, student teams will attempt to structure and finalize the terms of a technology transfer agreement leading to the commercilization of a new technology.

Simulation: Venture Investment - working with simulated facts, student teams will develop and negotiate a plausible, investible deal structure and attempt to finalize terms.
